About Us
In May 2021, Daniel and Sara introduced the concept of Ellie and Juice Co to their friends and family. What started as a simple idea quickly blossomed into a creative journey of crafting delicious and refreshing beverages. Originally launched as an aguas frescas cart, Ellie and Juice Co has since expanded into a vibrant world of diverse sips and swirls.
